I just got a new pair of prescription eyeglasses, from a site called GlassesShop.com, which sells prescription eyeglasses for as cheap as $8.
They have quite a variety of styles and colors: Rimless, semi-rimless, titanium, flexible, metal frames, prescription sunglasses and more.
The plastic and metal frames will cost you the least; overall I was impressed with the prices, which often comes between $8~$40.
While the price is awesome, you can’t try them on to see how they look on you. But you can upload a photo of yourself and then drag glasses over your picture to get an idea of how the glasses will look.
I selected frames that cost $19.95. Then I punched in my prescription. If you don’t have it, just call your eye doctor for it and fill in the information.
Do keep in mind that the price includes a single vision lens prescription. If you need bifocals or a progressive lens that will cost you $16.95 or more.
After shipping, the total cost for these glasses was $27.90 and I received the glasses about a week after I ordered them.
I have never paid less than $100 for a pair of prescription lenses until now.
The glasses turned out great and I can see just fine. So if you were looking for a bargain on those eyeglasses check out the GlassesShop.com website.
